All our prices are inclusive of delivery for orders over £75 including any ancillary products ordered at the same time as your towel rail. Should you require more than one towel rail please contact us as we can usually arrange a block delivery which may save charges for you.
The free delivery is for Mainland UK only. We are able to deliver to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland should you so wish – please contact our Sales Team for pricing and times. Shipment outside the UK is possible but we would ask you to contact our Sales Team for further details prior to placing your order.
Actual Delivery
We employ a Carrier to deliver our goods direct to the address you have given.
The delivery driver will require a signature to confirm the goods have been accepted. Delivery normally takes place Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00. Should you require a Saturday morning delivery this is possible at an additional charge. Should delivery not be possible by the Carrier and the goods are returned to their Warehouse, any additional charges incurred will be deemed to be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note payment will be required before delivery can take place.
Whilst the Carrier will make every endeavour to deliver your goods it should be noted that they will generally only deliver to street level. Any addresses above this level may require assistance from the purchaser in unloading.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods arrive within the stated time, some delays are unavoidable and out of our control. Should we be aware there is going to be a delay we feel is unacceptable, we will contact you keeping you informed at every stage.
If incorrect or damaged goods have been received we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt so that remedial action can take place.
Should the purchaser be unable to accept delivery for any reason Rads'n'Rails reserve the right to charge storage and re-delivery costs as charged to us by our Carriers.
If you have to return an item
Should the unfortunate happen and it is necessary for you to return goods to us we will only accept these back within seven working days of being signed for. Goods must be in their original supplied condition suitable for re-sale with our packaging intact and no damage noted upon inspection by us. A refund will be offered less any delivery/collection charges incurred. If damage has occurred a refund will not be given.
Should you wish to return any item to us, please contact us immediately using our contact details but definitely within 48 hours of signed for delivery.
If the goods received are faulty, a replacement will be offered or a full refund given which will include delivery and return charges of said item.
Rads'n'Rails will not accept any charges incurred for the removal or re-installation of our towel rails or ancillary fittings or charges connected thereto.
We do make items that are non-standard referred to as 'bespoke'. Should you order a bespoke item we regret that unless a manufacturers fault has been diagnosed by Rads'n'Rails we are unable to accept back the goods or offer a refund. Bespoke items are sold on a non-returnable basis only. Should you have a problem with a bespoke product we would request that you contact us immediately.
