Unlike our competitors, we have extremely low prices all year round and are confident that on all items marked with the price match logo, we will be cheaper than any other online store in the UK. We are so confident that if you find a like for like product elsewhere for less, we will not only match the price but also reduce it by a further 10%. Terms The product must be like for like, this means that the following must be of exactly the same specification as with our product. 1. Material Used for construction Must be DZR Brass and of the same diameter and thickness. 2. Product must be handmade in the UK. 3. All joints must be braised and not push-fit connections. 4. Finishes must be true metal plate and not Spray, Leaf etc. The item must also be: 1. A new product and not refurbished or reconditioned in its original packaging. 2. Available within the same delivery time as specified on our product. 3. Not a “blow-out” or Clearance item. Exclusions 1. The price considered must be the total price including shipping, taxes, gift certificates etc. 2. Price match products are not eligible for any further offers or discounts including quantity discounts. 3. Typographical errors will not be matched. 4. All auction sites prices are excluded from the price match promise. 5. All Price matching is at our discretion and subject to change without notice.
